Refund policy

Returns We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Items do not need to be unopened — we accept returns on opened items as well. To be eligible for a return, please contact us at myseoul.7@yahoo.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping MySeoul covers the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We also offer exchanges! If you'd like a different item, please indicate your preference when contacting us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
